How Junger Solutions collects, uses and protects your information when you visit our website, request an estimate or hire us for a project.
01Overview
Junger Solutions ("Junger Solutions," "we," "us" or "our") is a handyman and home remodeling company based in Orlando, Florida. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit jungersolutions.com (the "Site"), request an estimate, call, text or email us, or hire us for a project — and how we use, share and protect that information.
By using the Site or contacting us, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or submit your information.
02Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details — your name, phone number, email address and the address of the property where the work will be done.
- Project details — the service you're interested in, descriptions, measurements, and any photos or videos you send us of the area to be repaired or remodeled.
- Communications — the content of messages, calls, texts and emails you exchange with us, including reviews and feedback.
- Billing information — invoice and payment records. Card, Zelle, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo and PayPal payments are processed by those providers; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, links clicked, referring website and the date and time of your visit.
- Cookies and similar technologies — small files stored by your browser that help the Site work and help us understand how it is used (see Cookies below).
Information from others
We may receive information about you from review platforms (such as Google), referral sources, or a person who refers you to us or books a service on your behalf.
03How we use your information
- To respond to your questions, schedule visits and prepare free estimates.
- To plan, perform and follow up on the work you hire us for, including the final walkthrough.
- To send invoices, process payments and keep business and tax records.
- To contact you by phone, text or email about your estimate, appointment or project.
- With your permission, to show photos of completed work on our website and social media — we never include your name or address without your consent.
- To improve the Site, our services and customer experience.
- To protect our business, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
04Calls, text messages & email
When you give us your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your estimate, appointment and project. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
We will only send promotional texts if you have separately agreed to receive them. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP or calling (407) 288-3324. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe. Opting out of marketing does not stop messages directly related to a job you've hired us for.
Your mobile phone number and text-messaging consent are never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.
05How we share information
We share personal information only as needed to run our business and serve you:
- Service providers — companies that help us operate, such as website hosting, email, scheduling, phone/text, accounting and payment processing. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Trade partners and suppliers — licensed specialists or material suppliers involved in your project (for example, a plumber, electrician or HVAC installer for work outside our scope), only with the details they need.
- Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Junger Solutions, our customers or others.
- Business transfers — if our business is sold or merged, customer information may be transferred to the new owner under this policy.
06Cookies & third-party services
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for it to work, and may use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use it. These tools collect information such as pages viewed and approximate location, not your name or contact details.
To load quickly and display correctly, the Site uses content from third-party providers — for example, fonts from Google Fonts and code libraries delivered by a content delivery network (jsDelivr). When your browser loads this content, those providers receive your IP address and basic browser information under their own privacy policies.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the Site may not work properly if you do. You can opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
07How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, honor warranties and follow-up requests, and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. Estimate requests that don't turn into a project are deleted or anonymized when no longer needed. Project records are generally kept for up to seven (7) years.
08How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, such as secure (HTTPS) connections on the Site, access limited to the people who need it, and trusted service providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your information has been compromised, please contact us right away.
09Your choices & rights
You may ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we have about you, and provide a copy;
- Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- Delete your information, unless we need to keep it for a legal or business reason (for example, tax records);
- Stop sending you marketing messages, or stop using photos of your project.
To make a request, email [email protected] or call (407) 288-3324. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy laws; we will honor those rights as required. We will not treat you differently for exercising your privacy rights.
10Children's privacy
The Site and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
11Links to other websites
The Site may link to other websites, such as Google reviews, social media pages or payment providers. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.
12Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we may provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
